We engaged Gino Skulick on a Sunday afternoon--a day he happened to be leaving on vacation. Gino decided to drive back to Los Angeles to preview another property then return to the desert soon after. He was stuck in traffic when I phoned him to discuss making an offer on the Manhattan Beach property we were interested in. I happened to be in Florida--three hours ahead on time. Gino feared he would not make it back to his resort in time to execute the offer-- so he pulled of the road, found a FedX Office Store and spent four hours working with me on the details of the offer.
