Gino spent 30+ years as a High Technology Executive for both private and public companies. In his career he managed Global Sales, Marketing, Operations and P&L's as a Business Unit EVP/GM. His experience included responsibility for negotiating global contracts with customers and suppliers. He has engaged with some of the most powerful high technology companies in the world such as Apple, Huawei, Cisco, HP, Samsung, Sony, etc. and excelled in obtaining gratifying outcomes for his firms. Gino has had a passion for real estate which began at age 21 when he and his wife Yolanda bought their first home in Torrance, CA.  They have personally owned/invested in >15 properties, both residential and commercial and in multiple states. He joined the Team Skulick franchise in 2017 and has leveraged the companies' 35+ years of real estate experience in the greater South Bay Area and has closed numerous transactions.
